NAI sells mixed use building in Pasadena

Jade Enterprises, LLC has purchased a 24,990 square foot mixed use building in Pasadena, Calif., from Behr-Kline Property.

David Esterkes of NAI Capital's Pasadena office represented Behr-Kline while Scott Hook of Marcus & Millichap represented Jade.

The two-story building is located at 553-575 S. Lake Ave. The ground floor currently has retail tenants and is anchored by Starbucks Coffee while the second floor contains apartments and office space.
