12/17/2007Lee & Associates sell California manufacturing building for $21M

Fleetwood Aluminum Products, Inc. has purchased a 207,418 square foot industrial building in Corona for $21.5 million from Cusumano/Smitty Way, LLC.

Lee & Associates represented Cusumano while Fleetwood was represented by Walter Frome of
Voit Commercial.
Built in 1997, the building is located at 395 Smitty Way. Fleetwood, a window and door manufacturer, has consolidated its four smaller manufacturing facilities and will occupy the entire building and use it as a manufacturing facility.
Corona is located roughly 25 miles east of Santa Ana and has a population of 124,966.
Paul Earnhart is a principal with Lee & Associate's Ontario office. He specializes in land, investment and industrial brokerage and is a former employee of Ashwill Burke Commercial Real Estate Brokerage. He is a graduate of Western State University and the University of Cincinnati.
Doug Earnhart is a senior VP and has been with the company since he began his career in 1984. He is a member of the company's Board of Directors and the Boy Scouts of America. He graduated from the University of Southern California in 1986.
Hernandez, also a senior VP, specializes in land sales/development and investment sales and analysis. From 1995 to 1999, he directed the market research efforts for the company's Ontario and Las Vegas offices. He is a former employee of Colliers Seeley International and is a 1995 graduate of the University of California.
Senior VP Null works in Lee & Associate's Riverside office and specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial real estate in Western Riverside County. He began his career with Crookall, Shirley & Company and joined Lee & Associates in 1997.
