Guthrie Development Company has sold 22 small industrial buildings in Brea, Calif., for $23 million. The buildings, which were completed in September, are part of the 28-building
Guthrie Lambert Business Center.
Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of
Voit Commercial Brokerage is representing Guthrie in the disposition of the office park.
The Guthrie Lambert Business Center contains 132,642 square feet on 7.92 acres with units ranging from 3,330 to 6,800 square feet. The remaining six building are scheduled to close in January 2008. The complex is located at the intersection of Lambert Rd. and Berry St.
The buyers in this transaction are JPRS Systems,
House of Computers,
Hakanson Construction,
Power Werx, Calico Printing and Continental Appliances.
Brea is located approximately 10 miles north of Anaheim in Orange County.
