SVN directs sale of Amarillo office property

The Atrium at Coulter Ridge
Ventura, Calif.-based The Fausset Neely Group has sold The Atrium at Coulter Ridge in Amarillo, Texas to a group of Newport Beach, Calif.-based private investors.

Kevin Quick of Lee & Associates represented the private investors while Leslie Cox of Sperry Van Ness represented Fausset Neely.

Located at 6900 W. Interstate 40, the three-story building contains 71,771 square feet. It was built in 1984 and is currently 90 percent occupied by tenants such as British Petroleum, Odyssey Health Care, Waddell Reed, State Farm, Spinal Aid and First Bank and Trust.
