12/19/2007Hendricks & Partners sells two multi-family properties for $14.95M
by  | | The Village at Park View |  |  | | The Village | Hendricks & Partners has completed the sale of two multi-family properties in Colorado and California for a combined sale price of $14.95 million. Davis, Calif.-based Bayo Vista, LP acquired The Village, a 90-unit apartment complex in the Denver suburb of Lakewood, Colo., for $6.125 million. John Laratta and Chuck Sweeney of Marcus & Millichap's Denver office represented the seller, Costa Mesa-based Rather Company, LLC. The Village is located at 10250 West Mississippi Ave. and has a unit mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments. Cupertino-based Agra Asset Management, LP, purchased the Village at Park View in Antioch, Calif., for $8.85 million. The 85-unit complex is located at 2800 Gentrytown Drive. Marcus & Millichap's Mark Feldman represented the seller, Gentrytown Manor Associates, an affiliate of New York City-based The Praedium Group, LLC.
