Rhode Island mixed-use on the market for $20M


Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has the listing for Wickford Junction, a 221,291 square foot mixed-use development in North Kingstown, R.I. The listing price of $20.32 million represents $92 per square foot.

Marcus & Millichap's Steve Siegel and Seth Richard, investment specialists in the company's New Haven office, are representing the seller.

Located at 1051 Ten Rod Rd., the project is comprised of a 23,000 square foot single-tenant Staples store, a 24,140 square foot multi-tenant retail building, a 7,000 square foot retail building under construction for Webster Bank and an additional 4,500 square foot retail space. Wickford also includes approvals for 108,000 square feet of office space and 57,000 square feet of retail space.

North Kingstown is located approximately 20 miles south of Providence and has a population of 26,326, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.
