M&M Capital appoints new associate director in Portland

Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) announced the hiring of Steven Wiltshire as associate director of the firm's Portland, Ore., office.

Mr. Wiltshire's duties will include overseeing loan originations in the company's Portland office. His efforts will concentrate on the retail, office and multi-family sectors.

Wiltshire joined MMCC from Banker's Mutual of Portland, where he was an income property officer. He also served as a senior loan officer at Columbia Resources, Inc.

Based in Irvine, Calif., MMCC is a subsidiary of Marcus & Millichap Realty Investment Services. MMCC provides financing for investment properties, and provided over $1.5 billion of capital last year.
