Two Florida retail centers bring $15M

Lewis Point Plaza
Beemer & Associates, an affiliate of Jacksonville, Fla.-based Ash Properties, has acquired the Lewis Point Plaza in St. Augustine for $9.53 million from New Craft, Inc.

Brett Chetek of Marcus & Millichap's Jacksonville office represented both the buyer and the seller.

The 83,217 square foot retail center is located at 2469 South US Highway 1. Built in 1992, it is anchored by Food Lion and is currently 100 percent occupied.

In a similar deal, Cobblestone Plaza, LLC, also a subsidiary of Ash Properties, purchased the Cobblestone Plaza in Jacksonville for $5.51 million, again from New Craft Inc.

The 30,363 square foot shopping center is located at 3031-3033 Monument Rd. Chetek also brokered the sale of the Cobblestone Plaza on behalf of the buyer and seller.
