Glimcher selling Ohio shopping center for $10M

Columbus, Ohio-based Glimcher Realty Trust has placed Knox Village Square in Mt. Vernon, Ohio on the market for $10 million, or $48 per square foot.

Al Taf, senior associate in Marcus & Millichap's Atlanta office, is representing Glimcher.

The retail center is located at 1500 Coshocton Ave. and sits on 31.77 acres. It was built in 1992 and contains 207,409 square feet. The property was 81 percent occupied at the time of sale with tenants including K-Mart, JC Penney, Fashion Bug, Friedman's Jewelers, General Nutrition, Hallmark and Hibbett Sporting Goods. There is currently one vacant anchor space of 38,150 square feet and one vacant inline space of 2,100 square feet.

Mt. Vernon is located approximately 55 miles northeast of Columbus and has a population of 14,375.
