Hendricks & Partners sells $36.9M California multi-family

Rancho Santa Fe, Calif.-based A&M Properties Inc. has sold the Temecula Creek Villas in Temecula for $36.9 million to a private investor based in Newport Beach.

Paul Runkle of Hendricks & Partners' Inland Empire office represented A&M while William Battaglia of WB Holdings, Inc. represented the buyer.

The 180-unit complex is located at 31220 Samantha Lane on 9.3 acres of land. It consists of nine three-story buildings with a mix of one, two and three-bedroom units. It was 27 percent occupied at the time of sale.
