1/4/2008Cassidy & Pinkard finalize sale of D.C. office property
by Eric Ramsden | | 918 F St. NW | Douglas Development has purchased a seven-story office building in downtown Washington, D.C., from The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). While the price was unreleased, the property had a proposed value of $9.19 million, according to Washington, D.C., assessment records. Jayne Shister, Brian Daly and Chris Woods of Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers represented AILA in the transaction. The 30,977 square foot building is located at 918 F St. NW in the Penn Quarter neighborhood. It was originally built in 1890 by the National Union Fire Insurance Company and renovated by AILA in 2001. The company also recently purchased 1331 G St., a building that is undergoing renovations and will serve as its new headquarters in March 2008. Address: 918 F St. NW, Washington, D.C.
