Marcus & Millichap lists Branson resort for $25M

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has been hired to market Sanctuary on the Lake, a 267-acre mixed-use resort community in Branson, Mo., for $25 million.

Bruce Edwin Bartleson of Marcus & Millichap's Sacramento office and Brian Weaver of the company's New Jersey office is representing the seller.

The planned resort is located at State Highway 165 and State Highway 265 and will feature single-family homes, condominiums and hotel and vacation ownership.

Branson is located in the heart of the Ozark Mountains of southern Missouri and is known for its family-style entertainment and country music shows.
