Illinois student housing apartments bring $21.87M

Campus Manor Apartments
Armonk, N.Y.-based Rabil Properties, LLC has purchased two student housing communities in Macomb, Ill., for $21.87 million from Aspen Square Management.

Scott Harris Marcus & Millichap's Oak Brook office represented the seller while Gary Witten of the firm's New Haven office represented Rabil Properties.

The two properties are the Campus Pointe Apartments and the Campus Manor Apartments. The 185-unit Campus Pointe is located at 900 Linden Lane and is comprised of 18 buildings on 7.58 acres. The Campus Manor Apartments are located at 902 North Charles St. and contain 175 units on 7.2 acres. Both properties have undergone recent capital improvements.

Macomb is located approximately 250 miles southwest of Chicago and is home to Western Illinois University.
