HFF finances $15M acquisition of two Indianapolis retail centers

Centre East Shops
Indianapolis, Ind.-based Centre Properties has acquired the Southport Plaza and Centre East Shops, two retail centers in Indianapolis.

The acquisition was financed with a $15.2 million loan secured by Jon Everson of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler through Nationwide Life Insurance Company.

The Southport Plaza contains 85,062 square feet and is 100 percent occupied by tenants including Borders, Petco and Linens N' Things. Built in 2001, it is located at 7565 US 31 South. Centre East Shops is located at 10777 East Washington St. and was built in 2001. It contains 8,250 square feet of retail space and is 100 percent leased by Panera Break, Sprint PCS and EB Games.
