Faris Lee/CBRE to market 386,000 sf retail portfolio in Hawaii

Faris Lee Investments is marketing The Hawaiian Collection, a 386,000 square foot portfolio of retail properties on four islands.

Richard Walter and Donald MacLellan of Faris Lee, along with Wendell Brooks III of CB Richard Ellis, have been tapped to market and broker the properties.

The portfolio, which is the largest privately-held retail portfolio in Hawaii, consists of more than 80 percent national credit tenants including Safeway, Roy's Restaurant, Longs Drugs, ABC Stores, Starbucks, Denny's, Subway, Cold Stone Creamery and Verizon.

The contents of the portfolio are as follows:
- The Crossroads Shopping Center at 75-1027 Henry St., Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. The 74,846 square foot shopping center is anchored by Safeway and is located on the Island of Hawaii.
- The Kauai Resort Village at 4-831 Kuhio Highway, Kapaa, Hawaii. The retail center contains 115,001 square feet and is located on Kauai Island.
- Safeway at Windward Town & Country Plaza at 200 Hamakua Dr., Kailua, Hawaii. The 53,503 square foot shopping center is also anchored by Safeway and is scheduled to undergo a multi-million dollar renovation. It is located on Oahu Island.
- Shops at Windward Town & Country Plaza at 201 Hamakua Dr., Kailua, Hawaii. The 33,639 square foot plaza is located on Oahu Island and is 100 percent leased by Kaiser Permanente, Bridgestone/Firestone and Edward Jones.
- Shops at Halekuai Center at 563 Farrington Highway, Kapolei, Hawaii. The 29,255 square foot retail center is currently leased by Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Papa John's and Chevron. It is also on the Island of Oahu.
- Kahana Gateway Resort Retail Center at 4405 Honoapiilani Highway, Lahaina, Hawaii. The shopping center contains 58,774 square feet and includes tenants such as Roy's Restaurant, Whaler's General Store, Maui Dive Shop, Hawaiian Village Coffee, Bank of Hawaii, Smile Nails, Hutton's Fine Jeweler's, Paradise Treasures and Image Maui. It is located on Maui Island.
- Kahana Gateway Professional Office Center at 10 Hoohui St., Lahaina, Hawaii. The 21,231 office center is on Maui Island and is currently occupied by Starwood Vacation Ownership, Consolidated Resorts and Coldwell Banker.
