Hendricks & Partners sells Arlington multi-family

North Miami, Fla.-based King Landing Apartments VIII, LLC, has purchased the Northridge Apartments in Arlington, Texas from Bakersfield, Calif.-based State Road Northridge, LP.

Mike Burch of Hendricks & Partners' Dallas office brokered the deal on behalf of the seller.

Built in 1975, the apartment complex is located at 2011 Lincoln Drive. It contains 126 units and a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments.
