Frankel joins Cushman & Wakefield in N.J.

The Edison, N.J., office of Cushman & Wakefield has named Dan Frankel its senior managing director of the Eastern Region.

Frankel will oversee the expansion of the company's industrial practice by developing recruitment and business development strategies for the East Coast.

Frankel is a former senior VP with Colliers Houston & Co. in New Jersey. He has completed transactions totaling 100 million square feet valued at more than $4 billion. Frankel has represented such clients as Best Buy, IBM and Chevron.
