Lee & Associates directs sale of 171 Houston townhomes

Willowick Place at River Oaks, LLC, has purchased the Willowick Court Townhomes in Houston, Texas from Willowick Inc., an entity owned by an undisclosed international investor.

Rich McEvoy and Ken Johnson of Lee & Associates represented the buyer in the transaction.

The 171-unit apartment community is located at 3237 Las Palmas St. and contains 297,715 square feet on 10.28 acres. It was built in 1974 and underwent renovations in 2000. According to McEvoy, the buyer plans to create "the most upscale, private, gated community in Houston." Prices of the homes will range from $900,000 to $1.5 million and construction is expected to begin late this year.
