The largest independently owned commercial real estate firm in the Pacific northwest grew larger by four as GVA Kidder Mathews has added Corine Nussmeier, Lynda Clarke, Rebecca Gardner and Emily Matza to its Portland office.

All four come from Pacific Security Capital (PSC), a commercial real estate services firm in Beaverton, Ore.

A 26-year veteran of the real estate business, Nussmeier will be a vice president specializing in retail. She was formerly the director of real estate services at PSC.

Clarke has 25 years of experience in the commercial leasing arena and has held leadership positions with Spieker Properties and Equity Office. A Certified Property Manager (CPM), she is an associate vice president.

Also a CPM and associate vice president, Gardner represents landlords and tenants in sales and leasing transactions. In the past she's held senior management positions at various firms and managed a two million square foot, $30 million portfolio for Schnitzer Investment Corp.

Matza is a retail specialist and associate vice president. She was named Listing Broker of the Year in 2004 while at NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson. She holds a B.S. in Finance from Portland State University.

An affiliate of GVA Worldwide, GVA Kidder Mathews has seven offices in California, Oregon and Washington completing $2.5 billion worth of annual transactions.
