Voit arranges $13.75M sale of California business park

MVP Carmenita, an affiliate of The Meridian Companies, has purchased the Carmenita Square Business Park in the Los Angeles suburb of Norwalk, Calif., for $13.75 million from Carmenita Square Business Park, LLC.

Robert Socci, Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro office represented both the buyer and seller in the deal.

The 105,442 square foot business park contains industrial, office and retail space and is located at 14717 Carmenita Rd. It is comprised of three single-story buildings with units ranging from 412 to 7,409 square feet. It was 90 percent occupied at the time of sale.

Tomaselli and Zehner recently brokered the $23 million sale of 22 small industrial buildings in Brea, Calif. The two represented Guthrie Development Company in the deal.
