1/14/2008South Korean church buys California mixed-use for $15.7M

Seoul, South Korea-based SaRang Community Church has purchased the Crescent Corporate Center in Anaheim, Calif., for $15.7 million from LIA Associates and 4900 Corona Associates, LLC. Jeff Rinkov and Peter Bacci of Lee & Associates represented the sellers while the buyer was represented by Min Oh and Mike Hsu of Tarbell Realtors. The mixed-use center contains 75,000 square feet comprised of five single-story classroom buildings, an administrative building and an office/laboratory. Also included in the acquisition is a two-story free standing facility currently occupied by Crescent Health Care. The church plans to use the property as a school and office location.
