The Newport Beach, Calif., office of
NAI Capital has completed three deals in Newport Beach and San Bernardino for a combined price of $11.15 million.
In Newport Beach, Steve Economos, George Economos, Geoff DeWolf and Matt Moore represented Greenlaw Headquarters, LLC in the sale of a 7,150 square foot office building for $4.2 million.
The Los Angeles-based law firm of
Croudace & Dietrich purchased the building located at 4750 Von Karman Ave.
Voit Commercial Brokerage's Louis Tomaselli represented the buyer in the transaction.
The group of Economos, Economos, DeWolf and Moore also represented West Trust in the $3.45 million sale of an 11,700 square foot industrial building at 4229 Birch St. Locally-based
Stonewood Properties purchased the building.
In San Bernardino, NAI's John Bosko worked in conjunction with
Lee & Associates to represent Waterman BP, LLC in the sale of a 29,057 square foot industrial building for $3.5 million. The Randhava Family Trust purchased the property, which is located at 379 and 395 E. Industrial.
Tomaselli recently brokered the $13.75 million sale of the
Carmenita Square Business Park in Norwalk and the $23 million sale of
22 small industrial buildings in Brea.
