HFF negotiates $10M disposition of Alabama apartments

Arbors of Madison Apartments

Atlanta, Ga.-based Alexander Properties Group has sold the Arbors of Madison Apartments in Madison, Ala., for $10 million from a New York-based multi-family firm.

Jason Nettles and Megan Thompson of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler's Atlanta office represented Alexander Properties in the transaction.

The 204-unit apartment complex is located at 7900 Old Madison Pike. Built in 1991, it is situated on 17.2 acres and contains a unit mix of two, three and four-bedroom apartments.

Madison is located 10 miles west of Huntsville and has a population of 36,824.
