Cushman & Wakefield has the listing for 375 McCarter Highway, a 175,000 square foot office and technology building in Newark, N.J.

David Stifelman and Christian Politan of Cushman & Wakefield's East Rutherford office are marketing the property on behalf of the the seller.

The building was constructed in 1920 and served as the manufacturing plant for Emmons Jewelers. JEMB acquired the building in 2000 and recently completed a multi-million dollar capital improvement program. Current tenants include ACS State and Local Solutions, NJ Schools Construction, NJ Commission for the Blind, Festina USA, Parsons Brinckerhoff, Concentra Corp. and Richard Krementz Gemstones.
