D'Amato leaves ARA, joins CBRE

CB Richard Ellis has hired Travis D'Amato as a vice president with its Capital Markets Team in Boston, Mass., where he will specialize in multi-family investment sales.

D'Amato is a former employee of WinnResidential and multi-family broker with Apartment Realty Advisors.

As a broker with ARA, D'Amato recently arranged the $21.6 million sale of the Emerson Gardens in Lebanon, N.H., the $11.2 million sale of the Morgan Square Apartments in Springfield, Mass., and the $124 million sale of the Highlands at Dearborn in Peabody, Mass.

He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
