Marcus & Millichap lists California gas station portfolio for $92M

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has listed a 12-building portfolio of Whitewater Auto Care gas stations in Bakersfield, Ventura and San Fernando, Calif., with an asking price of $92.5 million.

Marcus & Millichap Manhattan's Glen Kunofsky and Lior Regenstreif of the firm's Encino office are marketing the portfolio on behalf of the seller.

Each of the 12 buildings have 25-year triple net leases and can be purchased individually or as a portfolio of three or more properties.

The portfolio contains the following properties:
- 2757 Johnson Dr., Ventura, Calif. The 6,298 square foot has station is branded by 76 Gas Station.
- 7301 White Lane, Bakersfield, Calif. This 6,100 square foot gas station is branded by Circle K and Chevron Gas.
- 4411 Market St., Ventura, Calif. This 8,104 square foot gas station is branded by Chevron Gas.
- 1601 San Fernando Rd., San Fernando, Calif. This property includes a car wash and contains 8,900 square feet.
- 2301 H St., Bakersfield, Calif. This station is branded by Circle K, Jiffy Lube Quick and Chevron Gas. It contains 11,625 square feet.
- 5201 Stockdale Highway, Bakersfield, Calif. This 7,500 square foot gas station is branded by Circle K, Chevron Gas and Chevron Quick Lube.
- 3951 Wible Rd., Bakersfield, Calif. This station is branded by Circle K and Chevron Quick Lube. It contains 11,700 square feet.
- 7991 White Lane, Bakersfield, Calif. This 16,800 square foot gas station is branded by Circle K, Jiffy Lube and Chevron Gas.
- 7901 Rosedale Highway, Bakersfield, Calif. This station contains 13,050 square feet and is branded by Circle K and Chevron Quick Lube.
- 2523 Brundage Lane, Bakersfield, Calif. This 4,650 square foot station is branded by Circle K, Chevron Quick Lube and Chevron Gas.
- 920 34th St., Bakersfield, Calif. This 8,540 square foot gas station is branded by Circle K.
- 1701 Stine Rd., Bakersfield, Calif. This 11,550 square foot gas station is branded by Circle K and Jiffy Lube.
