Holliday Fenoglio Fowler to market 567,000 sf office tower in Houston

The Houston office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler has been hired to market Five Post Oak Park, a 567,396 square foot office tower in Houston, Texas, on behalf of Fort Worth-based Crescent Real Estate. The building is being listed without an asking price.

HFF's Jeff Hollinden, Robert Williamson, Scott Galloway and Barbara Guffey are marketing the property.

The 28-story office building is situated on 3.6 acres at 4400 Post Oak Parkway. Built in 1982, it is currently 91.4 percent leased several tenants. Amegy Bank, the building's largest tenant, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zions Bancorp and occupies more than 30 percent of the property.
