Bethesda office tower brings $135M

Chevy Chase, Md.-based JBG Companies has purchased a 276,191 square foot office tower in Bethesda for $135 million from locally-based Artery Group, LLC.

Jim Meisel, Andrew Pulliam and Dek Potts of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler handled the negotiations for Artery Group.

The 11-story office building is located at 7200 Wisconsin Ave. It is currently 94 percent leased to tenants including Linowes & Blocher law firm, Cambridge Information Group, PNC Financial, University Research, Edens & Avant, Greystone Servicing Corporation and The Artery Group. The acquisition includes an 800-space parking garage.
