1/22/2008Cushman & Wakefield negotiates sale of 600 Broadway in SoHo
by  | | 600 Broadway | Cushman & Wakefield's New York Capital Markets Group arranged the sale of 600 Broadway in Manhattan's SoHo neighborhood to L & H Acquisition Corp. The price of the deal was not disclosed. The Capital Markets Group of Richard Baxter, Jon Caplan, Yoron Cohen, and Scott Latham worked on the deal. New York City-based Enterprise Asset Management, Inc. was the seller. The building between Prince and Houston Streets in SoHo is a six-story, 65,000 square foot building that up until the end of December housed a Pottery Barn store. A new 20-year lease was signed by Abercrombie and Fitch, which will make use of 40,000 square feet for its Hollister label. Address: 600 Broadway, New York City, N.Y.
