Marcus & Millichap sells two multi-family properties for $11.14M

Marcus & Millichap has sold two multi-family properties in Chillicothe, Ohio and Victorville, Calif., for a combined price of $11.14 million.

In Ohio, Marcus & Millichap's Ryan Engle and Brian Murphy represented Chicago-based Western View Townhomes, LLC in the $5.77 purchase of the Western View Townhomes. The 160-unit apartment complex is located at 402 W. Main St. William Klopfer Jr. and Derek Kinnear represented a Columbus-based private investor in the sale of the property, which was built in 1954 on 2.1 acres. It sold with an 8.23 percent capitalization rate.

In Victorville, Alex Garcia and Bill Melton represented a California-based investor in the $5.37 sale of the Casa Del Sol Apartments. The 57-unit apartment complex contains 50,678 square feet and sold for $106 per square foot. Built in 1992, it is located at 14250 Borego Rd. and contains 41 two-bedroom and 16 three-bedroom units.
