Hendricks & Partners sell Houston apartments

Houston, Texas-based Ikeda Properties, Inc. has sold the Pointe Plaza Apartments in Houston to 1421 S. Dairy Ashford, Ltd.

Jeff Eisenhardt of Hendricks & Partners' Houston office brokered the deal on behalf of Ikeda.

Pointe Plaza contains 80 units and is located at 2790 West TC Jester Blvd. It contains 56,563 square feet and a unit mix of one and two-bedroom apartments.

Eisenhardt recently brokered the sale of the Granada Terrace Apartments in Houston. Eisenhardt represented Santa Clarita, Calif.-based Granada Terrace, LTD in the deal.
