Cirrus acquires North Hollywood apartments

Cirrus Real Estate has acquired the Royale Sherman Apartments, a 236-unit North Hollywood, Calif., apartment complex.

Gregory Harris of Marcus & Millichap represented both Cirrus and the seller, a locally-based real estate company.

The apartment complex is located at 12300 Sherman Way and contains 131,580 square feet. It was built in 1965 on 4.6 acres and is located adjacent to the 170 Freeway.

Harris recently brokered the $24 million sale of the Franklin Plaza Apartments in downtown Los Angeles.
