Lee & Associates orchestrate sale of 540,000 sf industrial complex

Brentwood, Tenn.-based Ozburn-Hessey Logistics has purchased a 540,000 square foot industrial complex in Edwardsville, Ill., from Sacramento, Calif.-based Panattoni Development, a privately-owned real estate company.

Thomas Homco and David Zeigler of Lee & Associates represented Panattoni in the transaction. Ozburn-Hessey was represented by Pro Venture Commercial Real Estate.

The industrial site is located at 3965 Lakeview Corporate Drive and will be used as a warehouse and distribution facility for Ozburn-Hessey. While the terms of the deal were undisclosed, Homco said it could be one of the largest industrial sales of the year.
