Mission Residential makes 10th Dallas multi-family acquisition

Mission Residential has made its tenth acquisition in the Dallas, Texas area with the $25 million purchase of the Lodgetree Apartments in Plano from San Francisco, Calif.-based Hall Financial Group.

Tom Burns, Jay Gunn and Tom Warren of Hendricks & Partners represented Hall Financial in the deal.

The 480-unit apartment community contains 57 buildings and sold with a 6.12 capitalization rate. Built in 1981, it is currently 97 percent occupied and will be renamed the Mission Park Green.
