1/22/2008Apartment Realty Advisors leads $23 million sale of Cincinnati apartments

Centerville, Ohio-based The Connor Group has acquired the Charleston at Blue Ash Apartments in the Cincinnati suburb of Blue Ash for $23 million from Atlanta, Ga.-based Invesco Real Estate. Debbie Corson of Apartment Realty Advisors' Dayton office represented Invesco in the deal. Charleston at Blue Ash is located at 4870 Hunt Rd. and contains 242 units. It was built in 1992 and was fully renovated in 2001. It contains one, two and three-bedroom units and was 90 percent occupied at the time of sale. Corson is a principal with ARA and is the former owner of Corson & Associates. She merged the company with ARA in 1990. She is a former employee of The Tipton Group, Inc. where she was an executive VP and partner in the firm. Blue Ash is located roughly 15 miles north of Cincinnati and has a population of 12,513.
