Broad Street sells D.C. storage buildings for $13M


1200 Upshur St.
Bethesda, Md.-based Broad Street Ventures, LLC has sold two self-storage buildings in Washington, D.C., to U-Store-It for $13 million.

Broad Street was represented by Jim Meisel and Dek Potts of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler while Steve Hryszko of CB Richard Ellis handled the negotiations for U-Store-It.

The two buildings are located at 950 and 1200 Upshure St. The 950 location contains 34,696 square feet while the 1200 building contains 31,821 square feet.

Meisel and Potts recently brokered the $135 million sale of a 276,191 square foot office tower in Bethesda. The pair represented Artery Group, LLC in the deal.

Size: 66,517 square feet
