C&W/Sonnenblick Goldman sells two Atlanta office buildings for $25.2M

Rubicon Investments, LLC has sold two adjacent office buildings in Roswell, Ga., for $25.2 million from affiliates of Net Lease Capital Advisors.

Cushman & Wakefield/Sonnenblick Goldman represented Rubicon in the deal.

The two buildings, which sold for $280 per square foot, are located at 1544 Old Alabama Rd. and 900 Holcomb Woods Parkway. The 1544 location was built in 1999 and contains 70,000 square feet while the 900 building was built in 2005 and contains 20,000 square feet. The buildings are currently fully leased to MR Default Processing, a subsidiary of the law firm McCalla, Raymer, Padrick, Cobb, Nichols & Clark, LLC.

Roswell is located approximately 22 miles north of Atlanta and has a population of 79,344.
