Scavone joins Lee & Associates

Mr. Scavone

Lee & Associates has added Guy J. Scavone II as an associate broker to its Michigan office where he will specialize in the sale and leasing of industrial property along the I-75 corridor with a specific focus on Troy, Madison Heights, Royal Oak and Ferndale.

Scavone is a former industrial professional in the Southfield, Mich., office of Signature Associates. He has worked with clients such as Kemp Building and Development Co., First Industrial REIT, Lifting Gear Hire and Crystal Employment/Engineering.

Scavone earned his B.S. in Finance from Michigan State University, where he was a member of the MSU Finance and Investment Association.
