Stein joins Newmark Knight Frank to head downtown NYC office

The downtown New York City office of real estate solutions firm Newmark Knight Frank has named Hal Stein as its managing principal.

Well versed in both tenant and owner representation, Mr. Stein will be charged with strengthening and expanding the downtown office.

He joins Newmark Knight Frank after a ten year stint at midtown rival GVA Williams, where he was involved with Health Insurance Plan of New York's headquarters relocation transaction that earned a Leasing Deal of the Year Award in 2003.

Mr. Stein was named a rising star by Real Estate Weekly in 2002. He attended the University of Maryland.
