Marcus & Millichap sells two Florida properties for $15.1M

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has completed the sale of a CVS Pharmacy in Clearwater, Fla., and a self storage building in Sarasota. The two sales totaled $15.1 million.

In Sarasota, locally-based Lockwood Stor-N-More, LLC sold its 40,626 square foot facility for $5.7 million. Michael Mele and Scott Rutherford of Marcus & Millichap's Tampa office represented both the Lockwood and the seller, an out-of-state investment group. The building is located at 7750 Lockwood Ridge Rd. and is situated on 3.137 acres. It was built in 2006.

In Clearwater, a 12,900 square foot CVS Pharmacy sold for $4.9 million. The building is located at 2200 Gulf To Bay Blvd. and was built in October 2007. Lori Schneider, of Marcus & Millichap's Fort Lauderdale office, represented both the buyer and the seller in the deal. Both are private investors.
