Philadelphia single-family portfolio on the block for $11M

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has listed a portfolio of 147 single-family homes in Philadelphia, Pa., with a listing price of $11 million, or $74,830 per unit.

Donald MacLaren and Joshua Brown of the firm's National Multi-Housing Group are marketing the property on behalf of the seller.

The portfolio is located throughout the Olney, Hunting Park and Frankford sections of Northeast and South Philadelphia and the Overbook Park area of Southwest Philadelphia. It is comprised of homes ranging in size from two-bedroom to six-bedroom units.

MacLaren is also currently marketing the Baldwin Gardens, a 161-unit apartment complex in Baldwin, N.Y., for $17 million.
