Metro Center
Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has been hired to market the Metro Center, a 69,000 square foot shopping center in San Diego, Calif.

The retail center comes with a capitalization rate of 7.70 and a listing price of $12.5 million, or $181 per square foot. Alvin Mansour of the firm's San Diego office is representing the seller.

Built in 1988, the offering includes four separate buildings located at 1745-1765 Euclid Ave. They are situated on five acres and are 100 percent leased to tenants including San Diego Marketplace, Kragen Auto Parts and Magic Lube.
