Hendricks & Partners represented both buyer and seller in the $24.2 million sale of the San Remo apartments in Beaverton, Ore.
Phil Oester of Hendricks' Portland office represented the seller, San Diego-based
Fairfield Residential. David Young, who works Hendricks' Seattle office, represented the buyer, Portland-based
Guardian Management.
The 260-unit San Remo apartments are located on 12.5 acres at 4900 SW Greensboro Way in Beaverton, Ore., about ten miles west of Portland. San Remo is comprised of a mix of one and two-bedroom apartment homes averaging 850 square feet.
Guardian manages more than 200 multifamily properties in eight western states.
Fairfield Residential develops, owns and manages multifamily properties as well as student and workforce housing.
