NAI Bergman promotes Metz to senior VP

Cincinnati, Ohio-based NAI Bergman has promoted David Metz to senior vice president of land sales and acquisitions. In this position, Metz will specialize in tenant representation and retail, office and industrial leasing.

Metz leads a sales and leasing team with his wife, Cindy, and his two sons, Stephen and Patrick. He is a former broker and sales manager with E.F. Hutton and The Equitable of New York. He is also the owner and developer of a multi-store food franchise.

Metz is the VP of the Southwest Ohio Select Baseball League and VP of the JB Yeager American Legion Baseball. He earned his B.S. from the University of Michigan, where he played football for four years.
