Abbey Road Fairfield, LLC, an entity of Westport, Conn.-based Abbey Road Advisors, LLC, has purchased two office buildings in Fairfield, Conn., from Reinvestment Associates. The acquisition was financed with a $17.5 million loan from CIT Lending Services Corporation. Tim Breda and Christine Rinti of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler secured the three-year, adjustable rate loan with CIT. The two buildings are located at 777 Commerce Drive and 1375 Kings Highway East and contain a total of 91,999 square feet. The 777 location is a two-story building containing 62,545 square feet. It is 95 percent leased with the majority of the square footage currently being taken by ICP Information Systems, Inc. The 1375 building contains 29,454 square feet and is currently 97 percent occupied. Both buildings have recently underwent capital improvements to the interior and exterior. Fairfield is located approximately 55 miles north of New York City and has a population of 57,340. Address: 777 Commerce Drive and 1375 Kings Highway East, Fairfield, Conn.
