Staubach negotiates sale of Tennessee retail center

Dallas, Texas-based Sarofim Realty Advisors has acquired the Brentwood Place Shopping Center in the Nashville suburb of Brentwood, Tenn., for $62.75 million from LaSalle Investment Management.

Simon Honeybone and Jeff Chavez handled the in-house negotiations for Sarofim while Whitney Knoll and Jim Hamilton of The Staubach Company represented LaSalle.

The 315,790 square foot property is located at 330 Franklin Rd. and sold for $200 per square foot. Built in 1984, it is situated on 30 acres and is anchored by Kroger, Office Depot, Stein Mart, TJ Maxx, Borders and CVS.

Brentwood is located 10 miles south of Nashville and has a population of 23,445.
