Colliers TMT negotiates $13M sale of Ohio office property

TATA America International, an international business conglomerate, has purchased the Ridgewood Corporate Center in Milford, Ohio for $13 million from Clearwater, Fla.-based Milford Partners, LLC.

Jeff Bender, Kim Bertke, Jim O'Connell, Thomas Powers and Mike Sullivan of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented Milford Partners in the transaction. Cincinnati Capital Properties' Russell Meyers also assisted in the sale.

The office building contains 196,055 square feet and is located at 1000 Summit Drive. TATA, which has its North American headquarters in Arlington, Va., will use the building as its North American Delivery Headquarters. TATA is an Indian company operating in seven business sectors including energy, chemicals, engineering and information systems.

Myers joined Cincinnati Capital Properties in 1993 after working as a senior associate The Staubach Company. He is also a former partner and senior VP with Tipton Associates. He earned his B.B.A in Finance from the University of Cincinnati where he was on the Board of Governors of the school's College of Business.

Milford is located approximately 16 miles northeast of Cincinnati and has a population of 6,284.
