NAI Capital adds Ortiz as VP

NAI Capital's West Los Angeles office has added Patrick Ortiz as a vice president. He will specialize in the leasing and sale of retail and commercial properties in the Greater Los Angeles area.

Ortiz is a former broker with Colliers International. For two years he worked in the firm's Los Angeles office and represented clients such as Advance America, Circle K and Fantastic Sam's. He also used to work with Cushman & Wakefield.

Ortiz is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Evangel University in Springfield, Mo.
