Hendricks & Partners finalize sale of 121 units in San Antonio

Houston, Texas-based Chancellor Austin Highway Apartments, LP has purchased the Bentwood Place Apartments in San Antonio from locally-based Bentwood Apartments, LLC.

Scott Weems of Hendricks & Partners' San Antonio office represented the seller in the transaction.

The apartment community contains 121 units and is located at 1111 Austin Highway. The buyer plans to redevelop the complex in the summer of 2008 with a 360-unit addition.
