Greenstreet Real Estate Partners has purchased the Tempe One data and call center in Tempe, Ariz., for $30.3 million from San Clemente, Calif.-based
Argus Realty Investors.
Argus was represented by
Tom Adelson,
Jim Fijan and
Jerry Roberts of
CB Richard Ellis' Phoenix office.
The buildings, which sold for $148.72 per square foot, are located at 1516 W. 17t St. and 1717 W. 16th St. Completed in 1980, they contain a combined 215,889 square feet and are currently 30 percent occupied by IKON Office Solutions, which leases approximately 70,000 square feet.
Adelson is an executive vice president with CBRE and has been with the company since 1983. He was a top five producer from 1987 through 2005 and is a member of the Lippincott Circle.
Fijan, also an executive VP, is part of a brokerage team with Adelson that has completed the greatest number of transactions in the firm's Phoenix office. He was the City of Mesa Broker of the Year in 2001 and has been a member of the Colbert Coldwell Circle since 1987.
Roberts joined CBRE in 1988 and has been part of the Fijan-Adelson team as a partner since 1990. He became executive VP in 2007 and was the firm's "Rookie of the Year" in 1991.
